I was appalled to find the patio door lock broken upon arrival. The small, unattractive pool was a complete letdown, with no staff around to assist or provide comfort. I expected better maintenance for such a high price, yet the room had a broken toilet paper dispenser and even lacked fire extinguishers. It felt unsafe and neglected.

The beach access was steps away from our room.

the Bungalow Sea View was nice, but I was left shocked to find a broken patio door lock. even more outrageous was the small, unattractive pool without a single staff member to ensure my comfort. I expected complimentary utensils in the kitchen and all I got was disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but couldn't! !

Staying at the beachfront bungalow was fantastic! My kids loved splashing in the shallow water, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from our patio. The staff was genuinely warm and made us feel at home, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed.
